Lot 972 Red Ledge Leaf Gold CA - Washington,Nevada County - Mineral Specimens
Specimen weight is .11 toz. Measures 1" x 1." Choice twinned gold crystalline and leaf. This is a beautiful piece from the Red Ledge mine. Weighs .11 troy ounces and measures about 0.80” 1” in an almost zig zag like pattern. The area known as the Washington Mining district was first mined during the Gold Rush and was mined periodically throughout the late 19th and 20th Century. [Gold Districts of California Bulletin 193.
